HOW CAN I RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS??

tetiba je kan..terkuar soalan nih..aigooo..
hujan lebat di bumi KL nih...bila hujan,terasa lapar..nk tido x ngntuk..skali buka tumblr..ada la org post variety of desserts yg mmg superb dr pandangan mata...huhu

yeker desserts can be categorize as unhealthy foods??
tgk jenis dessert la jugak kan..if it contains lots of carbs,fat n sugar..of course la tersgt harmful for our body..huhu..
tp.kalau dh kata desserts tuh,of course la kita nk yg manis2..huhu..

nih ada beberapa desserts yg wat aq drooling ptg td..credit to mr.TUMBLR!!

it's hard for me to resist these kind of fattening foods..lol
but,i'll try..huhu..
try tuk tukar frm desserts to fresh salad...from butter cookies to high fiber biscuits..naaaah..T_T

just wanna share something...
dis mc'vitie's biscuit is super awesome!!


less-saturated fat+ high fiber..n sgt sedap!!

2 digestives biscuits+ a cup of milk for breakfast
dh cukup wat kita kenyang smpi ptg...huhu..[seriouss]
biskut nih xleh mkn lebih dr 2..[for me la]..dia dh cukup tuk wat kita kenyang..huhu..daebak kan?

sesapa nk biskut nih..g bli kt carrefour midvalley..huhu

dh la citer sal makanan..haha..
